The Emerging Leaders Internship program connects students of color with top Portland companies. Since 2016, they've matched college students and recent grads to more than 500 professional-level, paid summer internships at nearly 200 companies. These opportunities provide access to a network of professionals of color, mentoring, and leadership development at the best companies and community organizations in the Portland area. Their top priority is to open doors for you and provide access to great careers and support for professional development.
