This event is open to all current University of Oregon undergraduate students!

Step into becoming the leader you want to be. Elevate is an interactive, hands-on leadership experience designed to help you build the traits necessary to be an impactful leader: emotional intelligence, adaptability, trust-building, and the courage to lead authentically. Through breakout challenges and actionable tools, you'll explore how to have a greater impact as a leader and set yourself apart as a young professional by learning to influence others, give and receive feedback, lead when someone else is in charge, and use vulnerability as a strength. Come ready to think, connect and grow!

This evening will be facilitated by Anthony Lambatos. Anthony grew up in the catering business working for his father, the founder of Footers Catering in Denver, Colorado. Anthony and his wife, April, purchased the business in 2010 and have successfully made the transition to a second-generation family business. As a nationally sought-after speaker within the hospitality industry, Anthony is passionate about helping leaders create a culture that allows their businesses to thrive. He specializes in heart leadership and management of teams with a focus on operational structure and employee engagement.

Anthony and April launched the business coaching company MIBE, which stands for "Make It Better Everyday"—the second part of the Footers Catering mission statement. MIBE focuses on education around heart leadership and intentional team culture building. Anthony is also the current president of the UO Alumni Association. As a student at Oregon, Anthony served as a peer advisor in the business school, was a member of the club ski team, and interned with University of Oregon Athletics.

This event is open to University of Oregon undergraduate students studying business administration, accounting, or pre-business. Dinner will be provided. Space is limited.
