Museum of Natural and Cultural History
1680 E 15th Avenue, Eugene, OR
For high school social science teachers. Preregistration is required. Deadline to register is September 13.
The Museum of Natural and Cultural History invites you to a free educator summit focused on Indigenous Peoples in the modern world—and on powerful strategies for teaching about Indigenous cultures, lands, and rights. You’ll enjoy a special preview of our upcoming exhibit, DIGNITY: Tribes in Transition, and gain access to the new DIGNITY Unit, an exciting new curriculum on Tribal cultures across the globe.
The summit will be a great opportunity to collaborate with fellow educators, secure scholarships* for class visits to the museum, and take away free lesson plans, rubrics, and supporting materials to use in your classroom.
