The Lundquist College of Business graduate programs office is proud to present the "Diverse Narratives, Good Business" speaker series. Guest speaker Dramaine Irions will present "The Art of Negotiation: From Big Oil to an Energy Startup."

About Dramaine Irions
Dramaine Irions is a globally-inspired, civically-engaged business leader. As the contracts manager for an energy storage startup, he is responsible for sales, purchase contract strategy, and execution.
Irions’s career was forged as he managed bid events ranging from $50 million $1.3 billion dollars for high-profile, complex oil and gas construction projects and related services. In the process, he also led cross-functional, multi-department initiatives achieving more than $100 million in negotiated value-add. During this time, he lived and worked throughout the U.S. and abroad in countries such as Vietnam, South Korea, and Kazakhstan.
Throughout his career, Irions has worked to develop high performing multinational and multicultural teams focused on creating a shared culture of autonomy and accountability, continuous learning, and a team-oriented supportive approach.
Irions earned his law degree and MBA at Michigan State University and his BA in marketing and general management at Portland State University. He also serves as board treasurer for the Chicago Collegiate Charter School.
