Measure 88 provides Oregon resident “driver cards” without requiring proof of legal residence in the United States. Jeff Stone, executive director of Oregon Association of Nurseries, will be speaking in favor of the measure. Mark Callahan, former U.S. Senate candidate from Oregon, will be speaking in opposition to the measure. Light refreshments will be served. Free and open to the public.
