Learn how to use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for effective project management and collaborative work.
In a remote work environment, it's more important than ever to master digital collaboration tools. This training session will focus on using Microsoft Teams in conjunction with SharePoint and OneDrive to build an effective knowledge repository for project management and collaborative work. You will learn about the benefits of building out these components of Microsoft 365 together, including the ability to provide chat capabilities and access to a shared SharePoint site and OneDrive cloud storage repository accessible exclusively to team members.
Session attendees will learn how to:
- Create their own entity using Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Create content with their entity
- Collaborate with internal and external colleagues
- Identify best practices for their team through navigating potential pitfalls
About the Instructor
As a USS knowledge manager, Mike Glover Moresi creates and maintains knowledgebase articles, manages overall structure and health of both the customer-facing UO Service Portal that uses TeamDynamix and a technician-facing knowledge base that uses Atlassian's Confluence platform.
Mike earned his BS in history and MEd in curriculum and teaching from the University of Oregon. While as a student, Mike worked within the EMU Computer Lab. Mike also worked within the College of Arts and Sciences IT department as their technology trainer.
