Sexual violence prevention researcher and advocate David Lisak will speak at the UO on May 26, 2016. Lisak will host two public talks: one from 4:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. in Global Scholars Hall on sexual predators and another from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on male survivors in Straub Hall 156.

Lisak is a notable forensic consultant and sexual violence researcher. His work on sexual assault has been featured in Jon Krakauer’s book "Missoula," media outlets like National Public Radio, and in several academic journals. This event is free, unticketed, and open to the public. Global Scholars Hall and Straub Hall are wheelchair accessible, and both contain an all-gender restroom on the first floor.
