Taking a "Year of Service" (or two!) after you graduate is a rewarding hands-on learning experience for you to build valuable career readiness skills, explore career opportunities, and contribute meaningfully to the world. Come learn about impactful programs across the U.S.A. and around the world where you can contribute to lasting, community-driven, public service opportunities.
Learn more about the different types of programs out there, hear stories from past participants and recruiters, and get advice on how to find and apply to these once-in-a-lifetime opportunities.
DID YOU KNOW you can get an educational award/funding that can be used for grad school or previous loans by doing a service year?!
Representatives from City Year, Teach for America, and Peace Corps, will be present to answer questions and share stories.
This Career Readiness Week is hosted by the Holden Center for Leadership and Community Engagement and the University Career Center.
