How much energy do you have left to invest in the future? We have recently marked a year into this pandemic and cultivating resilience is more important than ever before. Whether you are in a cycle of burnout or struggling to find the motivation to reengage, many of us are looking forward to a time when things will hopefully feel easier. That is where this workshop comes in.

If your first thought reading about this event was “not another zoom meeting”, then you’re in luck. In this interactive session led by Mariko Lin, PhD, a senior staff psychologist and the assistant director of education and prevention outreach at the UO Counseling Center, you will audit your current energy levels and discover where you could use a boost to operate at your best in your career, at school, and among family.
Attendees will leave with action items to apply when challenges arise and identify personal areas of strength to continue navigating this new normal. UO staff were able to take this audit with Lin and found the results enlightening - we are thrilled to extend this opportunity to alumni!

This event is free, but registration is required to get the Zoom link. RSVP online by June 22 to receive the meeting link.
