Bike School: Bike Maintenance Course

Learn the joy of fixing your own bicycle with in-depth instructions in the UO Bike Program. This six-session course will teach you to repair and maintain a standard road, mountain, or commuter bike. Featuring instruction from Bike Program Mechanic Sam Miller!

Level 1: Designed for beginners; no experience necessary.

*You are not signed up until you pay at the Outdoor and Bike Program EMU, Room 008, or the Outdoor Program Rental Barn on 18th and University Street. Hours are M-F 12pm-5pm.

OP Membership Required: Students are already members! Non-students can purchase an annual year-to-date membership for $25 or pay a $5 day-use fee by coming into one of our above-listed locations. Non-students will also need to purchase a one-time UO Community Member Card from Card Services in the Erb Memorial Union for $10. The card and membership will enable you to access our Rental Barn for outdoor gear, the Do-It-Yourself Bike Workspace, and entry to Outdoor and Bike Program events and Common Adventure trips.
