This workshop will be led by CLLAS Director and UO Professor Chris Chávez (SOJC) and UO Professor Lynn Stephen (Anthropology), this session will cover essential strategies and best practices for securing your ideal academic position.

- Crafting a strong dossier (CV, cover letter, research statement, diversity statement, teaching statement)
- Strategies for targeting job openings and standing out as a candidate
