Oregon Bach Festival presents Beethoven, Bach, and Glass

Matt Haimovitz, cello
Simone Dinnerstein, piano

In 2018, Simone Dinnerstein made her OBF debut in front of a sold-out crowd. In 2021, Matt Haimovitz was the most-watched performer of the OBF Virtual Festival. The two giants join forces in 2022 for an evening of Beethoven sonatas, a cello suite from Philip Glass, and Bach’s Sonata No. 2 in D Major for Cello and Piano.

This event is sponsored by Maude Kerns Art Center and All Classical Portland.

In accordance with state mandates, as of 6/14/22, OBF performance spaces do not require face masks, proof of vaccination, or negative COVID test for entry. However, given the rise in Lane County COVID cases, the University of Oregon recommends individuals wear masks indoors when around other people. These policies are subject to change as the Festival progresses.
