Mohr Career Services and UO Globalworks are partnering together to offer a paid internship in Singapore this summer to undergraduate Business Administration or Accounting majors, graduating between December 2024 and June 2025.  

Students will have the opportunity to integrate their academic studies with on-the-ground experience while working at Centurion, a global company that owns, develops, and manages quality accommodations across Southeast Asia, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.    

The selected student will serve as Corporate Communications & Investor Relations Intern, reporting to David Phey, Head of Corporate Communications at Centurion—and emphatic Duck alum! Students can earn up to 12 college credits and get paid for their work (plus housing is fully covered), while gaining experience working for a global brand.  

The 10-week summer internship takes place from late June to August 2024. There is no language requirement, and all are encouraged to apply for this enriching opportunity.  We highly recommend that you work with Mohr Career Services to have your cover letter and resume reviewed before you submit them!

Requirements:  

• Undergraduate students graduating between December 2024-June 2025  

• Business administration or accounting majors  

• Strong written communication skills in English  

• Competency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and file-sharing platforms (OneDrive/Sharepoint and Adobe Acrobat)  

• Possess a U.S. Passport by March 31, 2024  

What’s included:  

• Housing in Singapore   

• Up to $10,000 internship stipend  

• Up to 12 UO college credits   

Flights and travel to Singapore are at the student’s own expense (however, internship stipend funds may be used towards this cost).
