The Erb Memorial Union Permanent Art Collection proudly presents the McMillan Collection; featuring works by Pacific Northwest Artists from September 30 – November 1^st.

The Erb Memorial Union Permanent Art Collection proudly presents the McMillan Collection; featuring works by Pacific Northwest Artists donated from the estate of Adell McMillan.

Adell McMillan served the Erb Memorial Union as its director from 1975 – 1991. Adell was also a collector of contemporary Pacific Northwest Art. Upon her death in 2010 Adell donated her private collection. This is the largest art donation the EMU has received and is a manifestation of  Adell McMillan’s generosity and commitment to education.

This exhibit will feature selected works from the collection and be on display from September 30 – November 1^st.

Members of Adell’s family and Karin Clarke, of the Clark Gallery, will be present to answer questions about the collection.
