"Consider how often we buy fresh food, only to immediately stuff it in the back of a fridge for future use, forget about it and find it spoiled several weeks too late? A fridge conversation exhibition is looking to break the misconception that placing our food inside the fridge is the best way to preserve it.

Food waste is a real issue, and in this exhibition, I am introducing the first two products of a collection aimed to encourage the user to reconsider the sustainability of their food storage. My work has been highly inspired by the study "Save food from the Fridge" by Jihyun Ryou."
