Campus Planning and Facilities Management is hosting an open house in the Erb Memorial Union to share information and seek feedback for a schematic design of 13^th Avenue.  In 1970 13^th Avenue was closed to regular automobile traffic yet over 50 years later much of it still looks like a traditional street.  In 2019 a conceptual design for 13^th Avenue was completed to be a model of excellence in campus open-space design reflecting the Campus Plan principles and redefine the student experience for this primary corridor through campus.  The schematic design builds upon the earlier design work and will establish the shared vision for the future of 13^th Avenue through the UO campus.
