I learned some of these self defense tips a while ago, but so important to hear some of the new tips and get a refresher. Learned some basic self-defense and practiced. I also stayed for the pepper spray class. Worth your time and I highly recommend.

Nick and Henri were both great leaders. They were really aware of everyone's pace and would stop and walk with people who needed a break while making sure the others were safe as well. Totally recommend joining a ride led by the program!

Inspiring

It’s a great idea, but not allowing students at tables with other students (if they didn’t show up as a group) is slightly frustrating. I went to try and make friends but was not allowed to sit at other tables with other kids.

Great student helpers and kept me busy when I was sad and missing my parents! I would definitely do it again!!

They sat everyone away from each other. If the event was to meet people, it didn’t work. This is making it difficult for off campus students to meet other freshmen.

Great tour! Audrey explained everything perfect and gave great information about the University of Oregon.
